The Open Door Clinic is by appointment only. We hold clinics on Tuesday nights and one Friday morning per month in Middlebury. All services offered at the clinic are free to patients, including laboratory services we request, thanks to the support of Porter Hospital. Learn more >>
Access to Dental Care
Dental clinics are held on most Mondays at Middlebury Dental Group, located at 1330 Exchange St, Middlebury, VT 05753. Visits are by appointment only. To be eligible for care through our dental program, patients cannot have any form of insurance, not even Medicaid or Medicare. Patients must complete our new patient paperwork and be established as patients at the Open Door Clinic. Learn more >>
Access to Health Insurance
The Open Door Clinic can be your gateway to finding the health insurance plan that best fits your needs, and a primary care provider. To aid you in the process, we provide the services of a knowledgeable Vermont Health Connect Certified Application Counselor. Her services are also free for anyone in the community. Learn more >>
Outreach
Each fall, the Open Door Clinic conducts outreach clinics in Addison and Chittenden Counties, reaching out to the community that otherwise might not have access to healthcare. Learn more >>
