Dental clinics are held most Mondays at Middlebury Dental Group, located at 1330 Exchange St, Middlebury, VT 05753. ODC’s Dental Program is a collaboration with Middlebury Dental Group, University of New England Extern Program, and the University of Vermont Dental Residency Program.
Please note:
- Visits are by appointment only.
- To be eligible for care through our dental program, patients cannot have any form of health or dental insurance, not even Medicaid or Medicare.
- Your household income must be less than 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Patients must complete our new patient paperwork and be established as a patient at the Open Door Clinic prior to making a dental appointment.
